Deep Hole Drilling is used to create holes in relatively large depth to diameter ratio. Normal drilling techniques only work where the depth is just more than five times the diameter. In this drilling technique, the ratio can be reached at 150:1, and any hole which is deeper than ten times the diameter must require a deep hole so for that, special deep hole drilling technique is required. Deep Hole Drilling is also used in Oil & Gas, Injection Molding, Packaging & Printing, Hydraulics cylinder, Plastic Processing sectors.
